STS Reasonable Suspicion On-Line Training is a web-based training course designed to take the mystery and apprehension out of recognizing and confronting substance abuse in the workplace.
Note: Upon request, STS can include a copy of your policy and procedures. It would be posted, with your licenses only, for supervisors to review prior to taking the course. Upon passing the course, your supervisor's Certificate of Completion will include a statement that he/she has read and understands your organization's Drug and Alcohol Policy.
The course specifically trains supervisors on how to recognize employee substance abuse in the workplace. It provides an easy to follow guide on how to confront an employee who may have a substance abuse problem and instructs the supervisor in the Reasonable Suspicion Testing process itself.
The companion supervisor-training manual comes as either a CD or a printed manual. The CD allows the purchaser to print a copy of the manual. Either CD or print, the manual is ready to use and serves as a handy desk reference.
The STS reasonable suspicion on-line training course, when utilized in conjunction with the companion 96 page training manual, fully meets the two hour Department of Transportation modal and any company drug-free workplace program supervisor training requirements.
STS Reasonable Suspicion On-Line Training doesn't require expensive transportation, costly employee downtime or expensive instructors. Each supervisor takes the course on-line and learns at his/her own pace.
